Hydration is critical for keeping your body and skin healthy. Without sufficient hydration, wrinkles and fine lines begin to develop as your skin begins to dry out and shrivel. Once wrinkles set in, smoothing them over and minimizing their appearance becomes a life-long goal. Do yourself a favor and drink plenty of water each day to give your body the moisture it needs to stay on top of its game. As you work to keep your skin properly hydrated, remember to keep it moisturized as well.
